The TOP246YN is a integrated offline switcher IC. It is use to integrate high voltage power MOSFET, PWM control, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a single CMOS chip. This IC consist many new functions to reduce system cost, improve design flexibility, provide high performance and energy efficiency. In addition all critical parameters (current limit, frequency, PWM gain) have tighter temperature; and absolute tolerances to simplify design and optimize system cost.
