BF442 General purpose NPN transistor pack of 100pcs

This is a BF442 NPN transistor in which one p-type material is placed between two n-type materials. This NPN transistor amplifies the weak signal entering into the base and produces strong amplifying signals at the collector end. The direction of movement of an electron is from the emitter to the collector region due to which the current form in the transistor. It is mainly used in color television.
