RETURN POLICY
In order to protect the customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or missing parts etc. We are offering 48 hours of replacement time from the time of delivery. You are agree that it is your responsibility to inform us by our communication methods about the damaged product or package by sending the pictures of the damaged package or product. Our technical team will inspect and verify the details visually and will issue replacement order. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund to you. You agree that if you don’t raise a complaint by informing us by our communication methods against the damage and faulty product or package obtain by you with proof in the given time period, we are not responsible for the replacement of the product or package. Furthermore, no replacement or refund will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
