The P4KE18 Transient Voltage Suppressors are low-cost, surface-mountable power modules. Although they are designed to be utilized in a wide range of applications, they are especially effective at powering LEDs, drivers, and other switching power sources. Voltage transients brought on by inductive load switching and lighting are prevented from affecting integrated circuits (ICs), MOSFETs, and signal lines of sensor units used in consumer, computer, industrial, automotive, and communications applications.
