220 ohm ( Ω ) vertical preset variable resistors (221) Pack of 5
Preset variable resistor 220 ohm vertical PCB A three-terminal variable resistor called a trimmer potentiometer is used to adjust or modify resistance. It is used to alter the voltage, current, and other variables in an electrical circuit. An additional type of potentiometer that comes in a tiny size is a vertical preset variable resistor. There are three leads. For rapid prototyping, it is simply installed on a breadboard or prototyping board. Rotating the knob on top of the pot will alter its value. On top of it is a three-digit figure that represents the potentiometer's initial setting. A resistive element has two terminals attached to either end, and a third terminal is wired to an over-the-resistive element sliding contact called a wiper. The output voltage of the potentiometer is dependent on the wiper's position. It is a passive electronic component with a resistive element at each of its two end terminals, and the wiper, a sliding contact, serves as the third terminal.
