This rectifier has a junction capacitance of less than one picofarad and can be used in applications that require a fast and reliable rectifier. The DO-15 series of fast recovery rectifiers are designed for use in high-frequency power supplies. The DO-15 series has been designed to achieve an excellent on-state voltage with low reverse leakage.
