Product Description
This high-speed rectifier with minimal forward voltage loss is called a glass passivated fast recovery rectifier, or Do-15. Applicable in situations when a rapid and dependable rectifier is needed, this rectifier has a junction capacitance of less than one picofarad. High-frequency power supplies are intended to employ quick recovery rectifiers from the DO-15 series. With little reverse leakage, the DO-15 series is designed to provide outstanding on-state voltage.
