Applications requiring a quick and dependable rectifier can employ this rectifier, which has a junction capacitance of less than one picofarad. High-frequency power supply are the intended use for the quick recovery rectifiers of the DO-15 series. Excellent on-state voltage and little reverse leakage are the goals of the DO-15 series' design.
