With a junction capacitance of less than one picofarad, this rectifier is suitable for use in situations where a quick and dependable rectifier is needed. Fast recovery rectifiers in the DO-15 series are intended for use in high-frequency power supplies. The DO-15 series was created with little reverse leakage and a high on-state voltage in mind.
