Product Description
The DO-41 is a rectifier diode with a glass passivated anode and cathode, and a fast recovery characteristic. This is a high voltage diode that provides a fast recovery of current and is able to withstand short-circuit conditions. These are made from highly purified, germanium doped, glass passivated n-type semiconductors and have a built-in protection against high temperatures.
