Single-Sided ESD-Safe Grid Tape is a specialized anti-static adhesive tape designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) during manufacturing, handling, or packaging. This tape features a transparent polyester film backing embedded with a visible black conductive grid pattern, which helps to evenly dissipate static charges. Coated on one side with a static-dissipative acrylic adhesive, the tape adheres securely to a variety of surfaces while maintaining ESD-safe properties.The conductive grid pattern, typically arranged in a 1/4-inch configuration, not only provides a clear visual indicator of the tape’s ESD protection but also enhances its ability to ground static charges. The polyester backing offers excellent strength, clarity, and resistance to chemicals, solvents, and temperature fluctuations, making the tape ideal for cleanroom environments, electronics assembly, and packaging of static-sensitive items.
