This is a monolithic IC. It is used as a low-frequency class AB amplifier. This IC provides high output current and has very low harmonic and cross-over distortion. It also incorporates a short circuit protection system. A conventional thermal shut-down system is also included. It has the capability to amplify the audio signals from any audio source.
