40 x 4 Blue/White color LCD display module (JHD404A-4)
There are several uses for a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen, an electronic display module. A fairly basic module that is frequently used in many different devices and circuits is a 40x4 lcd display. With a 40x4 LCD, there are 4 lines that can each display 40 characters. Each character on this LCD is presented in a 5 by 8 pixel matrix. The 256 different characters and symbols that can be displayed on the 40x4 intelligent alphanumeric dot matrix display A thin glass layer and an organic liquid make up the LCD panel. When power is applied to the gadget, the liquid enables the LCD screen to illuminate and turn on. Liquid crystal molecules are used to create LCD panels, and a thin glass layer holds them in place.
