P6KE200 287.7V Ipp Through Hole Transient Voltage Suppressors DO-15
The P6KE200 is a 287.7V transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect electronic components from voltage spikes and transients. Encased in a DO-15 package, this diode provides a space-efficient solution for protecting sensitive electronic circuits, especially in environments prone to voltage surges, such as automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. With a reverse stand-off voltage of 200V, the P6KE200 is engineered to protect circuits operating at voltages up to this level. In the event of a voltage surge, the diode clamps the voltage to a maximum clamping voltage of 287.7V, preventing the surge from damaging the protected circuit. This device is capable of handling high-energy surges, with a peak pulse current (Ipp) rating of 200A, making it suitable for protecting against transient voltage spikes caused by lightning strikes, switching events, or electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Feature:-
- Glass-passivated chip junction
- Excellent clamping capability
- Very fast response time
- Low incremental surge resistance
