The single and dual voltage applications are intended for these surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers. They are ideal for use in solar panels, solar cells, dc dc converters, power supply for motors and small pumps, and switching power supplies. The Schottky barrier in these rectifiers functions as a diode and is a great substitute for diodes.
