Product Description

Schottky barrier rectifiers are constructed by depositing a thin silicon layer over an aluminum layer. A very low forward voltage loss characterizes them. Schottky barrier rectifiers for surface mount are intended for use in single and dual voltage applications. They are ideal for switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor and small pump power supplies, solar panels, and solar cells, among other applications. These rectifiers are an excellent substitute for diodes due to their Schottky barriers, which function as diodes.
