Product Description

An aluminum layer is covered with a thin layer of silicon to create Schottky barrier rectifiers. The forward voltage drop of these is extremely minimal. Single- and dual-voltage applications are intended for these surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers. Switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor and small pump power supplies, solar panels, and solar cells are just a few of the uses for which they are ideal. The Schottky barrier in these rectifiers functions as a diode and is a great substitute for diodes.
