Product Description

Thin silicon layers atop aluminum layers constitute the Schottky barrier rectifiers. Very little forward voltage drop exists with them. There are two voltage options available for these surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers. Applications include DC-DC converters, solar panels, solar cells, power supply for motors and small pumps, and switching power supplies, all of which are excellent fits for them. As a great substitute for diodes, these rectifiers feature a Schottky barrier that functions as a diode.
