Product Description

An aluminum layer is covered with a thin layer of silicon to create Schottky barrier rectifiers. The forward voltage drop of these is extremely minimal. The single and dual voltage applications are intended for these surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers. The Schottky barrier in these rectifiers functions as a diode and is a great substitute for diodes.
