ULN2003APG Generator/Voltage Controlled Oscillator IC – DIP-16

The ULN2003 is a high-voltage, voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) IC. It is designed to provide a stable frequency at high voltages and is useful in high-voltage, low-current applications such as power supplies, motor drives, and power conversion systems. The frequency of the VCO is controlled by the user with an external resistor, so it is possible to generate frequencies from 0 to 100 kHz. This IC is a voltage/controlled oscillator that can generate frequency, phase and amplitude modulated signals. This device can be used in applications that require the oscillator to be driven by a digital input. The IC is available in a 16-pin DIP package. The ULN2003 is a low noise, low power consumption, and high accuracy oscillator IC that operates from 3.3V to 15V. The oscillator frequency is fully adjustable from less than 100Hz to over 2MHz with a 2% accuracy at 2MHz. The oscillator is used for precise time and frequency measurement and is compatible with both monolithic and surface mount packages.
