GBJ6, GBJ604 6A 400V Bridge Rectifiers Diode pack of 2pcs
Product Description
Small signal silicon diodes are used to build bridge rectifiers, which are used in many different applications where a steady DC voltage with minimal AC ripple is required. A semiconductor device called a bridge rectifier only allows direct current to flow in one direction. Circuits for power conversion and power electronics use these rectifiers. They are also used in electronic circuits for various devices such as filters and signal generators. Bridge rectifiers' basic component is a diode linked to both the positive and negative power terminals. An n-type semiconductor bridge, which can be made of silicon or germanium, makes up their structure. These devices also use a series connection between capacitors and resistors to control voltage.
