The P4KE150A series is specifically made to shield delicate electronic devices from transient voltage events such as lighting. Electronic devices are shielded from voltage spikes, surges, and spikes in the AC line voltage by transient voltage surge suppressors. By keeping the voltage at the outlet at a safe level, they shield delicate electronics. Use in sensitive electronics to guard against voltage transients caused by lighting and inductive load switching on integrated circuits (ICs), MOSFETs, and sensor unit signal lines for consumer, business, industrial, automotive, and communications applications.
