Worst customer service I have ever seen
I got a defective piece from there where subwoofer section was not working. I have been trying to get refund or atleast replacement of the product from the day 1 since I have received a product. They never response on time ask additional information as they'll really gonna do something and also when they got all the information they just left you on seen if you try to call them they'll never pick up of your phone. I just wasted my money on this product and I have a very bad customer experience from ELECTRONIC SPECIES. I really hate this site and will never gonna order it again anything from them. Worst customer service I have ever seen. So frustrated.
