The BC818S is a NPN epitaxial planar silicon transistor. It is used for purposes requiring exceptionally low collector current, such as lamp drivers and neon tubes. High DC Current Gain: hFE = 630. Typical at (VCE = 1V, IC = 100 mA) and High Voltage: VCEO = 25. The system is designed for an audio frequency general purpose amplifier. It is a proper transistor. The BC818S is three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator, providing outstanding temperature stability. It is an accurate transistor. The base voltage or saturation voltage of the transistor is 0.7 volts. Transition Frequency (fT) 100 MHz.
