GBJ6, GBJ1004 10A 400V Bridge Rectifiers Diode pack of 2pcs
Product Description
Many applications that call for the output to be a stable DC voltage with little AC ripple employ bridge rectifiers, which are constructed of small signal silicon diodes. Direct current can only travel in one direction through a bridge rectifier, a semiconductor device. Applications involving power electronics and power conversion circuits require these rectifiers. Other electronic circuits, such as signal generators and filters, also employ them. The positive and negative power terminals of a pair of diodes are joined to create 400V bridge rectifier diodes. They are constructed out of a bridge made of an n-type semiconductor material, which can be silicon or germanium. To regulate voltage, these devices also make use of a series connection of capacitors and resistors.
