GBU, GBU601 6A 100V Bridge Rectifiers Diode pack of 2pcs
Product Description
Small signal silicon diodes are used to create bridge rectifiers, which are employed in many applications where a steady DC voltage with little AC ripple is required as the output. One type of semiconductor device that only permits one direction of direct current flow is a bridge rectifier. Power electronics applications and circuits for power conversion employ these rectifiers. They are also utilized in other electrical circuits, signal generators, and electronic filters. When two diodes are linked to the positive and negative power terminals, a bridge rectifier is created. They are built of silicon or germanium and consist of a bridge formed from n-type semiconductor material. Additionally, these devices regulate voltage by connecting capacitors and resistors in series.
