PWM DC Motor Speed Controller 12V-40V 10A Module
A simple rotary potentiometer controller capable of regulating the speed of a DC motor up to 400 W at voltages ranging from 12 to 40. With a duty cycle that can be changed from 10% to 100%, a pulse-width modulated (PWM) DC voltage is used by the DC Motor Speed Controller to control the direction of a DC motor. The motor speed controller may provide up to 8 amps of continuous current to a DC motor or other DC load. A 10A fuse with over-voltage protection for the control voltage and a reverse power supply connection are also included in the circuit. This is an easy, low-cost project to control the speed linearly of a DC motor for targeted applications. PWM, or pulse-width modulation, is typically used to control DC motor speed. The motor speed does not change when the pulse width is fixed; it does fluctuate when the pulse width does. A inexpensive Audio Uno board with few external components is utilized for this project. At the moment of switch-on, the circuit alters the linear speed variation utilizing forward-reverse control.
