74LS90 Decade Counter SMD IC
The 74LS90 is a 4-bit binary counter with a focus on decade (0-9) counting capabilities. Designed in a small SMD package, this IC contains four flip-flops and additional logic to perform both divide-by-2 and divide-by-5 counting. By cascading these sections, it counts in a sequence of ten (decade counting) and resets back to zero, making it highly useful for time division and frequency division applications.
