The 74HC573 Hex Inverter - Buffer SMD IC is a high-speed TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) integrated circuit designed to invert digital signals while providing buffering capabilities. This IC contains six independent inverters with open-collector outputs. It can pull the output to a low state when activated but will not drive the output high, leaving it to be pulled high externally.
