The UDN2981 is an 8-channel source driver IC in a DIP-18 package, designed to facilitate the interfacing of low-power logic systems with high-current loads. This IC is particularly effective in driving LED displays, relays, solenoids, and other inductive or resistive loads that require high-sourcing current capabilities.
