This is a monolithic IC. It is capable of logarithmic (dB) bar graph display for the input signals. This is an audio control LED driver IC. It can control a maximum of 5 LEDs according to the audio signal input voltage. The operating voltage range is 3.5 V to 16 V and the current output is 15 mA. It can be easily operated with very few additional components. This IC also allows the designer to set the required current that should flow through the LED.
