It is capable of activating or deactivating ten LEDs in response to an analogue input voltage of the audio signal. An adjustable voltage reference and a precise ten-step voltage divider are integrated into this IC. The LM3915 requires no special effort to utilise. Programming and the use of microcontrollers are rendered unnecessary by this IC. Additionally, the circuitry needed to control ten LEDs is reduced.
